CUSTOMISED ORDER POLICY
- Orders will be accepted only on receipt of 50% of the total invoice value in advance.
- 20% will be deducted in case of cancellation of the order.
- All shipments will be processed once the full payment is received.
- The order will be ready for dispatch within 20 - 25 working days from the date of invoice.
- The consignment shall not be delivered until completion of payment.
At the point of collection, the recipient shall be required to furnish any one of the following Government approved photo identification card:
- 1. Aadhar card
- 2. Voters Identification card; or
- 3. Passport
- The customised product will be eligible for Upgrade/ BuyBack Scheme as applicable to other products of Syndiora.
- In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction will be restricted to the courts in Mumbai.
