CUSTOMISED ORDER POLICY

    • Orders will be accepted only on receipt of 50% of the total invoice value in advance.
    • 20% will be deducted in case of cancellation of the order
    • The order will be ready for dispatch within 25 working days from the receipt of the advance amount
    • The consignment shall not be delivered until completion of payment of the invoice value in full
    • At the point of collection, the recipient shall be required to furnish any one of the following Government approved photo identification card:
      • Aadhar card
      • Voters Identification card; or
      • Passport
    • The customized product will be eligible for buyback scheme as applicable to other products of Syndiora
    • In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction will be restricted to the courts in Mumbai.
