CUSTOMISED ORDER POLICY

    • Orders will be accepted only on receipt of 50% of the total invoice value in advance.
    • 20% will be deducted in case of cancellation of the order.
    • All shipments will be processed once the full payment is received.
    • The order will be ready for dispatch within 20 - 25 working days from the date of invoice.
    • The consignment shall not be delivered until completion of payment.
    • At the point of collection, the recipient shall be required to furnish any one of the following Government approved photo identification card:
      • 1. Aadhar card
      • 2. Voters Identification card; or
      • 3. Passport
    • The customised product will be eligible for Upgrade/ BuyBack Scheme as applicable to other products of Syndiora.
    • In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction will be restricted to the courts in Mumbai.
