CUSTOMISED ORDER POLICY

Orders will be accepted only on receipt of 50% of the total invoice value in advance.

20% will be deducted in case of cancellation of the order

The order will be ready for dispatch within 25 working days from the receipt of the advance amount

The consignment shall not be delivered until completion of payment of the invoice value in full

At the point of collection, the recipient shall be required to furnish any one of the following Government approved photo identification card:

Aadhar card
-
Voters Identification card; or
-
Passport
-
The customized product will be eligible for buyback scheme as applicable to other products of Syndiora
-
In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction will be restricted to the courts in Mumbai.
