SHIPPING POLICY

- Free shipping is available in India Only.
- All International shipping will be chargeable at US$100 per shipment.
- The product shall be shipped within 20-25 working days from the receipt of the order. Occasionally it may vary due to complexity which will be communicated in advance to customers.
- All shipments will be processed once the full payment is received.
- We shall inform its customers once the order is shipped. You shall be notified if there is any change in the delivery time.
- At the point of collection, the recipient shall be required to furnish any one of the following Government approved photo identification card:
  - 1. Aadhar card
  - 2. Voters Identification card; or
  - 3. Passport
- We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.
- In case of Buyback /Exchange / Upgrade of the product under the respective policies as offered, shipping charges will be borne the customers.
- All Products would be insured during the transit.
- In an uneventfully rare occasion if your shipment is tampered or lost, you must report to Syndiora immediately.
- We cannot reroute the shipment once it is shipped.
